About The Position

LifeStance Health is actively seeking talented Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the Greater Mishawaka area who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This is a part-time opportunity with a 15-20 hour weekly commitment. In-person availability is strongly preferred, with a minimum of 50% in-office presence required to support community partner needs. Telehealth and in-office appointments are both supported, provided the clinician is working from the branch location to ensure hybrid patient access. Candidates must be available to attend new hire training Monday-Thursday and should have an open to candidates with up to a 45-day start timeline. Willingness to participate in shared office space arrangements is required. Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Indiana.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Minimum 50% in-office presence required.

• Willingness to participate in shared office space arrangements.
