About The Position

Burrell is seeking a Licensed Therapist specializing in Substance Use Disorder Recovery Services in Springfield, Missouri. This role can be full or part-time. For provisionally licensed therapists (PLPC & LMSW), Burrell will provide a licensure supervisor and cover licensure costs. For fully licensed therapists (LPC & LCSW), there may be opportunities to provide clinical supervision to new hires, which includes a stipend.

Requirements

• Must have a Master’s degree in a Human Services field.
• Must be a PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW in the state of Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling, group counseling, group education, and aftercare group counseling to aid in clients' recovery from substance use disorders.
• Work with Burrell Community Support Specialists as appropriate and needed to meet client needs beyond individual and group counseling/education.
• Coordinate referral to more intensive services if needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed new hires (for LPC & LCSW).
