Requirements

Master's degree required
Active FL LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent licensure required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of state and The Joint Commission requirements for outpatient behavioral health services
Knowledge of EMR utilization
Maintain confidentiality through good judgement
A clinician who is engaged, accountable, and solution-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse client populations
A team player who can also take initiative and manage their own caseload effectively
Someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced clinical environment
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth

Responsibilities

Facilitate structured IOP group therapy sessions (process, psychoeducation, skills-based)
Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed
Collaborate with internal team members and external referral sources to ensure continuity of care
Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and utilization reviews
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary
