InSite HealthNashville, TN
$85,000 - $110,000Onsite

About The Position

InSite Health is a leading behavioral health organization partnering with several hundred schools to deliver best-in-class mental health programs for students. We are equally committed to supporting the employees who make this work possible by fostering a culture of care, collaboration, and shared purpose. We leverage proprietary technology and a collaborative care model to help districts identify, support, and manage student needs more effectively by integrating clinical services, data-driven insights, and streamlined workflows. This approach helps reduce symptoms in students, improve outcomes, decrease risk, and allow schools to operate more efficiently across their behavioral health programs. The Licensed Therapist & Behavioral Threat Assessment Trainer is a dual-function clinical role at the heart of InSite’s Tennessee program. This professional delivers InSite’s NTAC-aligned threat assessment training to partner school teams (Tier 1) and provides licensed clinical consultation to school staff following threat assessments and for return-to-school decisions (Tier 3). All InSite therapists are expected to fulfill both functions, making this a highly impactful role that combines direct clinical expertise with meaningful training and capacity-building work. This is an ideal role for a licensed therapist who is passionate about school safety, experienced in behavioral threat assessment or school-based mental health, and energized by teaching and training others.
