About The Position

Prosper Health is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. Requirements

Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care

Telehealth experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
Manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition.
Build a caseload with steady client referrals.
Participate in regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
Engage in a supportive clinical community.
