Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD - Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• A good teammate, valuing positive contributions to the clinical community.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Waco, TX.
• Offer compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Work with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Be a good teammate and contribute positively to the clinical community.
