About The Position

We are seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to our diverse client base across the country. This role requires independent licensure in Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist), consistent availability for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly (30 hours of availability), and a generalist approach to treating various clients, including couples and children. The ideal candidate is invested in client progress, comfortable with modern clinical technology (telehealth, EHR), and a positive team contributor.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Florida — LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
