About The Position
Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Virginia. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Thriveworks is a clinician-founded mental health care company established in 2008, now operating nationwide with a hybrid care model. Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD - Licensed Psychologist).
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- A good teammate, valuing positive contributions to the clinical community.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Virginia.
- Offer a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, as a behavioral health generalist.
- Help clients achieve measurable progress.
- Work confidently with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
