About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of their trusted Kansas-based partners. This role is 100% remote and requires the clinician to be available during Central Standard Time (CST) hours. The position involves conducting comprehensive initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing individual and family therapy to patients across the lifespan with various diagnoses, including serious mental illness (SMI). The LSCSW will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
Active Kansas LSCSW license required.
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours.
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

Telehealth experience preferred.
Familiarity with SmartCare is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health SMI.
Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
