About The Position
Soundly Speaking is the #1 adult IDD therapy provider in Texas, serving inspiring clients ages 21 and up. We work closely with dayhab staff and families to support adult individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for passionate and committed social workers to join our team and help our clients overcome the social and physical struggles they face daily. This is a full-time W2 position in an underserved community, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives. Requirements
- Ability to recognize and address any client’s difficult challenges and crises in their everyday lives.
- Texas-issued LBSW license and good standing with the state.
- Passion and commitment to serving adult individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Creative, reliable, and motivated.
