About The Position

Each year we touch nearly 16,000 lives, focusing on individuals with physical, developmental, and emotional challenges as well as those facing adverse socio-economic conditions including unemployment and underemployment. Our licensed Social Worker will be responsible for providing introductory sessions, individual and group therapy; conducting assessments and evaluation of participants; and monitoring treatment-planning efforts. This role, located in our Center City Philadelphia office, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide Daily Introductory Sessions.
- Provides Individual and group counseling and coaching sessions.
- Conducts testing and evaluations.
- Documents all introductory sessions and individual and group sessions in case notes
- Participates, facilitates, and documents the treatment-review in concert with the Clinical Services Supervisor/Compliance Officer.
- Works closely with Counseling Scheduler and Counseling Network
