About The Position

The licensed therapist reports to the clinic manager. Under limited supervision, the therapist works as part of the clinical team to coordinate the provision of services by the telehealth providers. This position facilitates screening assessments, referral management, family contact, and telehealth equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, or related degree
• MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to collaborate in a positive, professional manner with medical professionals
• Ability to work in a thorough but efficient manner
• Ability to perform job functions while standing
• Ability to perform job functions while sitting
• Ability to perform job functions while walking

• Ability to fully use both hands/arms

• Possess good finger dexterity
• Ability to maintain tactile sensory functions
• Ability to maintain good olfactory sensory function
• Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected
• Ability to see & recognize objects close at hand
• Ability to see & recognize objects at a distance
• Ability to match or discriminate between colors
• Ability to determine distance/relationship between objects; depth perception
• Good peripheral vision capabilities
• Ability to maintain hearing acuity, with correction
• Ability to hear & understand whispered conversations at a distance of 3 feet
• Ability to perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements
• Ability to be qualified physically (by medical personnel) for respirator use, initially & annually
• Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations
• Ability to learn & use new processes, tools, equipment as required

Nice To Haves
