About The Position
The Social Work Clinician III independently provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports. This involves person centered recovery planning and collaborating with other services and agencies. May act in the role of a clinical supervisor of unlicensed staff. The Riverside Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) is a 12-chair facility with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, psychiatric prescribers, nursing staff, and peer specialists who are all here to help individuals find relief from distress and assist them in maintaining stability in their lives. Our services emphasize choice-making skills and harm-reduction techniques. We provide a safe, respectful environment where individuals can receive immediate, individualized assistance and a compassionate presence to stabilize symptoms, avoid the need for higher levels of care, and receive appropriate referrals to community-based resources.
Requirements
- Must have valid and current license with behavioral health board in your practicing state: i.e. LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, LPCC, QMHP, QMHA
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, psychology, or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of direct service experience in a behavioral health setting
