About The Position

Oversee the day-to-day operations and staff management of our Licensed Setting programs. In this leadership role, you will supervise site coordinators, technicians, and kitchen staff while ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, efficient scheduling, and accurate billing protocols.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of managerial experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (residential program experience strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience in a licensed child-caring institution.
  • 2 years of college coursework + 3 years of experience in a licensed child-caring institution.
  • High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of experience in a licensed child-caring institution.
  • Strong supervisory, mentoring, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to systems-based practices and administrative accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee general staff management, shift scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for Assistant Coordinators, Technicians, and Cooks.
  • Ensure staff accurately implement clinical, medical, nutritional, and educational service plans as directed by the clinical and medical teams.
  • Safeguard the physical and emotional well-being of individuals served, maintaining appropriate staffing ratios and workplace upkeep to agency standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all contract, regulatory, and licensure standards, including reporting protocols and confidentiality requirements.
  • Develop and manage timely, accurate billing documentation; oversee inventory, ordering, and purchasing of household supplies.
  • Communicate proactively with individuals served, families, support coordinators, and community organizations to resolve concerns and foster open collaboration.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for licensed settings programs and transport individuals served as needed.
