About The Position

We are seeking individuals to begin quickly as Licensed Security Officers. This role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned client sites to maintain a safe and secure environment. We aim to break common misconceptions about security services and are looking for officers who align with our vision. We provide training and resources for a successful introduction to a career in the security industry.

Requirements

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background screening & drug screening
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable method of communication and transportation
Ability to handle themselves professionally in a social setting and/or resident community
Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Willingness to work with supervisors when necessary
Ability to utilize android phones, data entry software, printer/scanner/copier/fax
Texas Non-Commissioned Security Officer (Level 2) certification
Eligible to be licensed as a security officer in the State of Texas

Nice To Haves

Valid and active driver’s license (may be asked to operate company vehicles)

Responsibilities

Provide security presence and verify access clearance for motorists, guests, contract workers, and delivery services.
Call appropriate contacts for access approval and record entry in site logs.
Patrol designated areas according to assigned schedule.
Observe and report activity while on duty.
Control visitor and guest access at business locations.
Create access badges, conduct hourly interior patrols, and monitor CCTV systems.
Prepare and send hourly and/or daily legible security reports using assigned smart phones and tablets.
Operate company vehicles as part of the scope of work if possessing a valid and active driver’s license.
