About The Position

At Effective School Solutions (ESS), we are redefining school-based mental health services for K-12 students. We serve over 6,000 students across 12 states, bringing high-quality clinical care directly into public schools. ESS offers a full continuum of clinical programming, professional development, and consultative services to address the growing mental health needs of young people. This role involves providing clinical services to a small group of students with significant behavioral and emotional needs within public schools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Licensed in social work (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of service
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy for students.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions supporting emotional and academic stability.
• Engage families through programming and parent support groups.
• Coordinate care and referrals to appropriate services as needed.
• Collaborate with school and ESS teams to support student success.
