About The Position

At Effective School Solutions (ESS), we are redefining school-based mental health services for K-12 students. We serve over 6,000 students across 12 states, bringing high-level clinical care into public schools. In response to the growing mental health needs of young people, ESS has expanded its offerings to include a full continuum of clinical programming, professional development, and consultative services for districts. We are seeking a passionate, mission-aligned clinician to provide clinical services to a small group of students with significant behavioral and emotional needs within Public Schools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Clinical license in PA
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Experience working in or with school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy for students.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions supporting emotional and academic stability.
• Engage families through programming and parent support groups.
• Coordinate care and referrals to appropriate services as needed.
• Collaborate with school and ESS teams to support student success.
