About The Position
Licensed School-Based Counselor needed for full-time, temporary position in Montgomery County. The School-Based Counselor/Social Worker provides counseling, mental health, case management, and trauma-informed services to students with significant and complex needs. The position works closely with students, families, teachers, school administrators, and community providers to address social-emotional, behavioral, and educational needs. The role also provides consultation and support to school staff regarding student behavior and trauma-informed practices.
Requirements
- PA LSW or LCSW
- Strong communication skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong teamwork skills
