About The Position
Hair Cuttery is seeking talented and licensed Hair Stylists to join their team. Stylists are considered the magic behind the mirror and are provided with tools, technology, and training to enhance their earnings and career growth. The role offers significant earning potential through commissions, tips, and retail sales, with opportunities for advancement through an 8-level career ladder and price adjustments based on demand. Hair Cuttery actively drives guest traffic through marketing support, ensuring stylists have a steady stream of clients. The company is the largest privately owned salon group in the U.S. with over 500 salons.
Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
- Ability to perform Essential Job Functions satisfactorily.
Nice To Haves

- Experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or hair magician.
