Licensed Sales Producer
About The Position
Our high-volume Allstate Insurance Agency is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team! Due to recent positive changes within Allstate and increased inbound activity, we are expanding our sales department to meet the demand. As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.
Requirements
- Motivated, goal-oriented individuals
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license
- Full-Time or Part-Time availability
Nice To Haves
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
