About The Position
A Visionworks Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead represents the business and helps ensure a positive journey for every patient and customer. The role requires knowledge of optics, products and services, and managed vision care. The employee guides patients and customers through the Visionworks experience and helps meet their eyewear needs.
Requirements
- Current state optician's license.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience.
Nice To Haves
- Related customer or patient experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring effective execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
- Engage with patients and customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
- Measure patients and customers for eyewear, and maintain optical and product knowledge through ongoing training and development to help ensure eyewear is right the first time.
- Carry out day-to-day store operations that support financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and fulfilling eyewear orders for shipment.
