As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. And that's just the beginning. Requirements

Willing to obtain necessary Washington insurance licenses
Driven, competitive, and self-motivated
Confident starting conversations and building relationships
Comfortable working independently
Coachable and eager to improve
Excited to network and grow throughout Washington

Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is not required

Responsibilities

Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up
Quote and sell auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and other insurance products
Build relationships with customers and referral partners
Cross-sell existing customers
Consistently work toward sales and activity goals
Take ownership of your pipeline and results
