Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License Required
- Proven experience in residential electrical installation and service
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations
Responsibilities
- Lead residential electrical system installations, ensuring compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues with precision and efficiency
- Perform thorough inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of installed systems
- Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams for integrated home service solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for long-term reliability
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about installation processes, repairs, and system operations
- Accurately complete installation reports and service records
- Represent Papalia with professionalism, courtesy, and respect in every interaction
- Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks
