Requirements

  • Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License Required
  • Proven experience in residential electrical installation and service
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential electrical system installations, ensuring compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues with precision and efficiency
  • Perform thorough inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of installed systems
  • Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams for integrated home service solutions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for long-term reliability
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about installation processes, repairs, and system operations
  • Accurately complete installation reports and service records
  • Represent Papalia with professionalism, courtesy, and respect in every interaction
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks
