About The Position

Overview Licensed Electrician What You Will Do: Train and develop field electricians. Work with dispatch to assign the right technician to each job. Provide coaching and hold your team accountable to performance standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently. Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Educate customers on upgrades and additional services. Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams. Ensure a professional appearance and deliver 5-star customer service. What You Will Bring: Experience as an electrician and leading a service department. A passion for training, coaching, and developing electrical careers. Ability to inspire high performance and customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
