Requirements

• Valid Ohio OCILB Electrical License (Journeyman or Master), or actively working toward licensure—we're willing to support the right candidate
• Five or more years of residential electrical service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Thorough understanding of residential electrical systems and Ohio code requirements
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on older homes, service upgrades, and residential remodels is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems
• Perform panel upgrades, service changes, lighting installations, outlet and switch replacements, circuit troubleshooting, and other residential electrical repairs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with Ohio electrical codes
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and professional service
• Help establish quality standards, operating procedures, and best practices for our growing electrical department
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth
