About The Position

Launch your real estate career with Windermere Summit, offering unparalleled training, support, and culture. As the first real estate firm built exclusively as a training environment for new brokers, you'll be a full licensee from day one, able to earn commission while receiving guidance and mentorship. Our program, led by Shelly Bean (Master's degree in education), follows a two-phase learning approach: 'Ready–Set–Go' fundamentals through weekly modules and 'Mentorship & Mastery' application. We invest in your success from the start, providing a structured weekly class schedule, coaching sessions, quarterly one-on-one mentorship, lead generation training, in-house transaction coordination, a professional tech and marketing platform, and a dedicated mentor for 9-24 months. We maintain small cohort sizes, hiring only 10 new agents per quarter, and offer access to Windermere’s extensive network of over 6,500 agents across 10 states.

Requirements

Must be going into real estate as a full time agent
15+ hours weekly training commitment
Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days)

Responsibilities

Build your own real estate business as an independent contractor
Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions
Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program
Comply with the expectations of the program to grow and launch your business
