Requirements
- Must Be Licensed Real Estate Leasing Agent, Broker or Managing Broker In the State Of Illinois
- Proof of Auto-Insurance
Responsibilities
- Guide buyers, sellers, renters, and investors through the sales, leasing, or real estate investment process.
- Utilize the latest in technology, branding, training, and advertising to deliver client results.
- Leverage proprietary marketing and lead generation software, including Syncrocy (in-house CRM/CSS), Patent-pending Housing Score Technology, RealTIme AAR, and RealTime CapRate.
- Generate predictive seller leads through HousingScore.
- Generate buyer leads through RealTime AAR.
- Generate investor leads through RealTime CapRate.
- Generate renter leads through our Leasing Division.
