Requirements
- An active real estate license is required to start.
- Full-time commitment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Interest in distressed residential real estate.
- Commitment to working in person, both in the office and in the field.

- Started real estate classes (license not active yet, but will be required to start working).
Responsibilities
- Source private inventory of distressed residential properties.
- Connect properties with buyers looking to fix and flip or hold rental properties.
- Support buyers throughout the rehab process.
