Requirements

  • Must hold an active Real Estate License in the applicable state.
  • Previous success in real estate sales or a strong background in commission-based sales preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing an independent workload.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Commitment to pursuing real estate as a full-time career.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of buyers, sellers, and prospective clients.
  • Represent clients in residential real estate transactions from consultation through closing.
  • Conduct property showings, market analyses, and client presentations.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and transaction terms on behalf of clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed on local market conditions, housing trends, and industry developments.
  • Utilize company systems, marketing tools, and lead-generation programs to grow business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation.
