Licensed Real Estate Agent – Fix and Flip Sales
About The Position
NetWorth Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents for a full-time career opportunity in residential real estate. The role focuses on the distressed residential real estate niche, where agents will source and connect properties with buyers looking to fix and flip or hold rental properties. The company provides comprehensive training, mentorship, tools, and support to ensure agent success. Last year, the company's Acquisitions Agents sourced over 2,600 properties, which were then sold by Sales Agents. The company also offers support throughout the rehab process for buyers.
Requirements
- An active real estate license is required to start.
- Full-time commitment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Interest in distressed residential real estate.
- Commitment to working in person, both in the office and in the field.
- If you do not have an active real estate license but have started your real estate classes, we are happy to interview you. However, you will not be able to start working until your real estate license is active.
Nice To Haves
- College Degree Preferred, but not required.
- Experience is not required; commitment is.
