About The Position
NetWorth Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents for a full-time career opportunity in residential real estate. The company specializes in the distressed residential real estate niche and provides comprehensive training, mentorship, tools, and support to help agents build a strong foundation for long-term success. Last year, NetWorth Realty's Acquisitions Agents sourced over 2,600 properties, which were then sold by Sales Agents to buyers looking to fix and flip or hold rental properties. The company also provides support throughout the rehab process. This role requires a full-time commitment and is a 100% commission-based opportunity with performance-based bonuses and a potential for 6-figure earnings for committed agents. The company emphasizes training as a core value, offering one-on-one mentorship, in-office and field training, proprietary video resources, national training from founders, and a custom AI-powered learning platform. Ongoing support from experienced agents and leaders is also provided.
Requirements
