About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join their team at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health services to patients within a correctional setting. Services include intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consultation with a multi-disciplinary team, and providing individual and group therapy.

Requirements

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Active mental health professional license in Missouri: P-LPC, LPC, LCSW, required.
• Must show current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
