About The Position
The IMA Group is hiring a Licensed Psychologist for a pure assessment role. This position involves conducting psychological evaluations for disability cases, with no ongoing therapy, no crisis work, and no caseload to manage. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties. It provides meaningful clinical work without the burnout of a treatment caseload, offering structure, autonomy, and work-life balance. The IMA Group's Government Services Division supports various government agencies, while the Payer Services Division caters to the evaluation and screening needs of carriers, TPAs, public entities, and employers. The Clinical Research Division conducts Phase II-IV clinical trials.
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD
- Active, unrestricted state license
- Experience with psychological testing and clinical assessment
Responsibilities
- Perform psychological evaluations, including Mental Status Exams and cognitive testing
- Interpret and score assessment results
- Complete structured, objective reports using an intuitive digital platform
