About The Position

Bethlehem Counseling Associates (BCA) is seeking to contract with a Licensed Psychologist to treat 25-35 clients per week. This independent contractor position offers flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. A furnished office is available for in-person sessions, with hybrid flexibility for telehealth from home. BCA is a premier counseling practice in the Lehigh Valley with over 40 years of experience and a 97% client satisfaction rate. We offer a wide range of services including individual, child/family, and couples counseling, as well as medication management. With over 30 independent therapists, we cover numerous clinical specialties. As an independent contractor, you will collaborate with other professionals, participate in peer consultation, and benefit from BCA being an approved CE provider. We handle credentialing, billing, collections, and scheduling through our administrative staff, allowing clinicians to focus on client care. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain rapport with clients
• Evaluate and diagnose mental health symptoms during intake sessions
• Create treatment plans that reflect clients' goals to reduce mental health symptoms
• Complete session progress notes in a timely manner for insurance submission and reimbursement
• Conduct ongoing appointments with clients that reflect their treatment goals
• Provide crisis management and intervention as needed
