About The Position

Orange County Health Psychologists seeks a Clinical Psychologist with an active California PsyD or PhD license to join their group practice. This is a hybrid work model, requiring at least one day per week in one of the four office locations (Irvine, Huntington Beach, Orange, and San Francisco). The practice emphasizes a positive and healthy work culture, collegiality, ethical standards, and integrated interventions focusing on mind, body, and spiritual health. They have developed clinical health psychology specialties and contracts with large managed health care systems. The compensation plan offers fees of $95-$145 per session, with full-time (minimum 25 patient sessions per week) estimated compensation between $125,000 and $128,000, encouraging work-life balance. Requirements

  • Active California licensure as a clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
  • Doctoral degree from an APA accredited program in clinical or counseling psychology.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience (including pre-doctoral internships).
  • Commitment to see a minimum of 15 patients per week.
  • No other private practice commitments.
  • Flexibility with a hybrid delivery model requiring at least one day in the office.
