About The Position

Lorenz Clinic is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join their team. This is a psychologist-led system focused on deep clinical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and reflective practice. They prioritize clinical depth over commercial volume and aim to elevate the craft of psychotherapy. The clinic is committed to providing reflective, relational, and developmentally informed care within a rigorous clinical training environment. Psychotherapists at Lorenz deliver assessment and intervention to clients, with freedom to function within their areas of competence. The clinics are embedded in communities with access disparities, serving a significant Medicaid population with a sliding fee schedule. The role involves providing psychological services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning, as well as participating in case consultation, Grand Rounds, and team meetings.

Requirements

• A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited academic program
• Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license-eligible)
• At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
• Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred)
• Competence within relational psychotherapy models strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

• A track record of service as an interventionist with a high degree of professional activity within the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing psychological services including conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic.
• Attending and participating in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other meetings as required.
