This locally owned and operated practice aims to make therapy and assessment services stigma-free. They are seeking a thoughtful, collaborative psychologist experienced in assessment work to join their values-driven, supportive team.
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology
- Licensed Psychologist (or license-eligible) in New York
- Experience with psychological testing, interpretation, and report writing
- Comfort working with diverse populations from an affirming, inclusive lens
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A sense of humor and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions
- Create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Conduct psychological and diagnostic evaluations
- Score, interpret, and write clear, client-friendly assessment reports
- Provide feedback sessions and clinical recommendations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- (Optional) Provide supervision to trainees or associates
