About The Position

Are you a licensed psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist, full-time, to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality psychological services in our Houlton Outpatient Office. As a Psychologist at AMHC, you will provide psychological assessments, clinical consultations, and therapeutic services in support of clients' mental health and well-being. You will also play a role in service development, community education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
• Active licensure in Maine as a Clinical Psychologist
• Completion of an internship or postdoctoral training in clinical psychology
• Qualified to provide neuropsychological services

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations
• Provide clinical consultation to staff, schools, families, and community partners
• Interpret and communicate assessment results with clarity and care
• Write detailed, timely evaluation reports and clinical recommendations
• Deliver therapy services (individual, family, or group) as needed
• Use computer-based testing tools and software efficiently
• Collaborate on service development, including school and outpatient settings
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24-hour Crisis Services consultation
• Fulfill obligations under established service contracts
• Supervise and consult with the assigned psychometrician
