About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking a Licensed Psychologist for state disability evaluations in Allentown, PA. This role offers a predictable schedule of 3-4 days per week with no on-call duties. It focuses on assessment, observation, and drawing conclusions, allowing psychologists to engage in core psychological work without the demands of treatment plans, large caseloads, or after-hours calls. The position utilizes modern digital tools to streamline reporting.
Requirements
- A PhD, PsyD, or Master's degree in Psychology
- An active, unrestricted psychology license
- Assessment experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conducting psychological evaluations for state disability claims
- Performing mental status exams and administering IQ testing
- Assessing how a person's condition limits their day-to-day functioning
- Writing clear, accurate reports on a streamlined digital platform
