Lorenz Clinic is seeking a Licensed Psychologist specializing in assessment to join their team. This role is part of a psychologist-led system focused on deep clinical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and reflective practice, prioritizing clinical depth over commercial volume. The clinic is embedded in communities with access disparities, serving a significant Medicaid population with a sliding fee scale. Clinicians have autonomy over their caseload and schedule, and the clinic offers a rich consultation and professional development schedule. Requirements
- A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited academic program
- Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license-eligible)
- At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
- Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred)
- Competence within relational psychotherapy models strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Providing psychological services including conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic.
- Attending and participating in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other meetings as required.
