UT Southwestern is actively seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), to join our Electrical System Operations team. We are looking for someone with five (5) plus years work experience in a hospital university system that has managed, maintained, and designed critical electrical infrastructure to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient power. This role requires navigating complex regulatory standards, such as NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code) and NFPA 110 (Emergency and Standby Power Systems) to support patient care, research facilities, and academic buildings. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and active Professional Engineer license is required. As a Licensed Professional Engineer in Electrical System Operations, you will work under moderate supervision to provide professional engineering skills for planning, designing, construction, remodeling and major repair of UT Southwestern Medical Center buildings to include mechanical, electrical and plumbing documentation. Work Location: Dallas Campus; assist other UTSW locations as needed; 100%25 onsite, remote work not available.
