Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold an active and valid license in the state of employment: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, preferably with older adults, underserved populations, or in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health services, including counseling and support, to participants of the PACE program.
- Responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and provision of therapeutic services for participants.
- Work within an interdisciplinary care team.
- Help participants maintain their independence and quality of life by addressing mental health concerns that may impact their overall well-being.
