About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual counseling to adults across Virginia. You’ll work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and life changes while maintaining a consistent outpatient caseload.

Requirements

• Active Virginia LPC license
• Master’s degree in counseling or a related qualifying field
• Previous clinical counseling experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing care in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions by secure video
• Help clients identify goals and work through emotional or behavioral concerns
• Use appropriate counseling approaches based on each client’s needs
• Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
• Recognize safety concerns and make referrals when additional care is needed
• Coordinate with other providers when appropriate
