About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients through remote mental health counseling. In this position, you will provide practical, client-centered care for people facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and major life changes. This is a full-time telehealth role for an LPC who values steady scheduling, professional clinical work, and the ability to help clients from a remote environment.
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Counselor license in Michigan
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field
- Clinical experience in therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Ability to manage a caseload responsibly
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and documentation standards
Responsibilities
- Deliver counseling sessions through a secure telehealth system
- Evaluate client concerns and determine appropriate treatment goals
- Build treatment plans that support client progress
- Provide counseling using professional and ethical clinical practices
- Track client outcomes and update records as needed
