About The Position

Third Space Therapy is seeking passionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We offer the flexibility of private practice with the support of a group setting, handling all administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance, so clinicians can focus on client care. This role offers complete flexibility in work hours, appointment settings, and client load, a robust referral network, and a remote practice model. It's a chance to earn competitively, do meaningful work by improving access to care for Medicaid members, and accrue clinical hours toward an independent license.

Requirements

• A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling.
• A minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English.
