About The Position

We are looking for a skilled therapist to join our growing team in Lancaster. This position offers a flexible remote arrangement, combining in-person sessions with Telehealth. We are seeking the right fit to help fill gaps in our community's mental health care. The role involves evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining ongoing documentation. Candidates will have a reasonable patient caseload of 25 sessions per week, with the ability to customize hours for work/life balance. Opportunities for providing different types of therapy (individual, group, play) and potential for quick growth into a leadership role are available. The position is under the general direction of the Clinical Director.

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
Licensed mental health professional (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
