About The Position
The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will provide individual counseling to clients in Arkansas through telehealth. The role involves understanding client concerns, completing assessments, setting treatment goals, and delivering therapy tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities extend to treatment planning, progress documentation, and coordinating care with other providers when necessary.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial information
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide therapeutic support for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
- Review client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond to client concerns professionally and follow appropriate clinical procedures
