About The Position
CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our APA-accredited, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving over 100,000 patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules with flexible hours (Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM), no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, and the opportunity to work close to home within local partnered facilities, providing a consistent and reliable caseload. It is ideal for newly licensed LPCs or those seeking supplemental income. CHE provides a clinically and financially rewarding role with flexible scheduling, training and supervision in geropsychology, and opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling
- Active LPC license in the state of practice
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations
- Work in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings
- Customize treatment plans within an integrated care team
- Manage your caseload independently while focusing fully on patient care
