About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Aurora, Colorado. This is an outpatient behavioral health position focused on psychosocial assessments and treatment planning. The role involves providing care to a diverse patient population within an integrated care model, collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals in a multidisciplinary environment, and serving underserved populations within a mission-driven community health organization. The organization has been serving the community for over 30 years.
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) REQUIRED
- Active Colorado LPC License REQUIRED
